October is American Archives Month, and to celebrate, the City is displaying special items from its archival collections. Members of the public are invited to drop-in during the “Treasures of the Archives” open house session at City Hall on Friday, October 30 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. to see the historical items and learn more about the work of the City’s Research Library and Municipal Archives department. City archivists will be present to answer questions about caring for and preserving your archival treasures.
