Chief Infrastructure and Development Officer

Overview

The Chief Infrastructure and Development Officer (CIDO) is responsible for infrastructure and development. The CIDO ensures that the City has safe, sound infrastructure; produces, treats, and conveys safe drinking and wastewater; protects all buildings and streets from flooding; maintains City streets, lanes, sidewalks, and other public rights of ways; moves capital improvement projects towards completion; and improves the permitting and development process. 

The departments reporting directly to the CIDO include:
