[ARCHIVED] City to deploy 411 portable toilets for St. Pat’s

Date: March 10, 2015

The City will deploy 411 portable toilets for the St. Patrick’s Day parade and festival. The portable toilet map, and everything else you need to know about the St. Patrick’s Day Festival, is available at www.savannahga.gov/savstpat. The City would like to remind Festival-goers that the fine for public urination is $140 plus court fees.

The City is already using its dedicated St. Pat’s social media accounts on Facebook, www.facebook.com/savstpat, and Twitter, www.twitter.com/savstpat, to post timely announcements and answer questions from the public. The City of Savannah will continue to use social media to broadcast news and updates throughout the festivities. Visitors, residents and business owners can visit www.facebook.com/savstpat and like the page to receive the St. Patrick’s Day notices. The public can follow the City’s St. Patrick’s Day Twitter account at www.twitter.com/savstpat.
