City of Savannah District 4 Alderman Mary Ellen Sprague will join Alderman At Large Carolyn Bell for an “Ask an Alderman” event offering residents an opportunity to speak with and ask questions directly of their elected representatives.

The District 4 event will be held Monday, September 22, from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m., at the Midtown Municipal Center, 601 East 66th Street
