City Requests Input on Parking Changes 

SAVANNAH, GA (May 2, 2019) — The City of Savannah is seeking input on lowering the parking rate from $2 per hour to $1 per hour on blocks between Oglethorpe Avenue and Bay Street contained by Habersham Street and Lincoln Street.

A survey asking for input on the proposed change will be available for 30 days at www.savannahga.gov/zone1parkingchanges. Businesses and residents affected by the change will be given notices during this time. After input has been reviewed, the change will be scheduled to begin July 1 with pay stations reflecting the new rate.
