The City of Savannah is developing a new Small Business Opportunity program to help small and disadvantaged companies thrive. The proposed Small Business Opportunity program aims to increase utilization of local small businesses in all areas of City procurement. Savannah-based firms may be eligible for the Small Business Enterprise certification, giving them access to sheltered City contracts.
To gather feedback on the proposed program, the City will host three outreach sessions. All local small business owners interested in doing business with the City are invited to attend one of the upcoming sessions:
• Wednesday, July 19
5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
