[ARCHIVED] St. Pat's parade day parking spaces available for advance purchase

Date: March 7, 2013

For the 2013 St. Patrick’s Day Parade, the City of Savannah is currently offering advance sales of parking spaces at three City parking lots. The cost of a space is $15. Purchasers can park in their spot from 6 a.m. Saturday, March 16 until 8 a.m. Sunday, March 17. To purchase a space in advance, visit the Mobility & Parking Services office in the Bryan Street Parking Garage at 100 E. Bryan Street or call (912) 651-6477. Spaces can be purchased by phone. A signed credit card receipt will need to be faxed back to complete the transaction.

Advance sales of spaces are available for the following parking lots:
• SOHO Parking Lot: 34 spaces; located at the corner of Liberty & Whitaker
• Curtis. V. Cooper Parking Lot: 53 spaces; 122 Barr Street (between East President Street and East Broughton Street), directly behind the Curtis V. Cooper Primary Health Care
• Visitors Center Parking Lot: 298 spaces; located at 301 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Space is available for motor homes at this lot only.
