  • COVID-19 Update: Revenue lobby services currently closed
  • Intermittent phone outages Oct. 26-30: The Revenue department will be moving within the Coastal Georgia Center beginning late Monday, October 26 through Friday, October 30. During this time, we will experience intermittent phone outages as our business units are moved within the building. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our customers. We appreciate your patience as we work as quickly as possible to resume regular business operations.
  • Trouble paying your utility bill because of COVID-19? CARES Act funding could be available to help. Call 211 Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. for more information. Apply online at: www.savannahga.gov/caresact. Must be a city of Savannah resident to qualify.

A deposit may be required when requesting service. Personal identifying information may be requested to establish service or to make changes to an existing account.
