future Bilbo Canal, just south of President Street and west of Truman Parkway.
Construction continues on the new reinforced concrete Bilbo
Canal walls. An additional section of the eastern Bilbo Canal wall is
being poured this week. Construction of this eastern canal wall will
continue south from President Street over the next few weeks.
A utility crew continues with the installation of new 24”
