This is the Main Settlement Page for VTAL Real Estate, LLC v. Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Savannah as directed in the order as referenced below.

The Court orders that the notice of the [Proposed] Consent Judgment and notice of the Final Approval Hearing be given, in the name of the Clerk of the Court, to the Class Members as follows (collectively referred to as the "Notice Program"): 

c.    The City shall cause, as soon as practicable after entry of this Order, a webpage be added to its website (the "Main Settlement Webpage") where Class Members may access this Order, the [Proposed] Consent Judgment, the Full Notice, other related documents and information concerning this Lawsuit and the date that the Final Approval Hearing will occur;
