Electronic Plat Submittal

The City of Savannah accepts electronic submittals for subdivision, recombination, and easement plats. Beginning August 12, 2025, subdivision plat applications can be submitted through our eTRAC system. While we will continue accepting emailed application items during this transition, we strongly encourage applicants to begin using eTRAC now to take advantage of its added convenience, allowing you to submit plats anytime, from any location. Starting January 1, 2026, all subdivision plat applications must be submitted through eTRAC, as emailed submissions will no longer be accepted.

Final Submittal:

  • Three (3) full-size hard copies of the approved plat. Plat must be sealed, signed, and dated by all required parties.
  • Transmittal letter certifying the hard copy plat exactly match the electronic plat that was approved.  For Transmittal Letter Click: Here
