All SPD employees, uniformed and non-uniformed, are eligible for a FREE membership at St. Joseph's/Candler Wellness Center. The facility offers a variety of fitness equipment, group exercise classes, and wellness programs to support your health and well-being. 

• To enroll, complete this SPD verification form and submit it to the Wellness Coordinator for approval. Once approved, you can take it to the Wellness Center to obtain your membership.
