Affordability Requirements

The Land Bank Authority recognizes the need for more quality housing that is affordable to the community's modest wage workforce and for its low-and-moderate-income households and supports the retention and development of quality housing that is affordable.  All properties acquired from the Land Bank for the redevelopment of residential housing shall comply with the Land Bank's Affordability Guidelines and Restrictions, unless otherwise approved.

The Land Bank's Affordability Guidelines provide affordability requirements for those individuals and entities acquiring properties for redevelopment for future sale to home buyers, for development of rental housing, and for redeveloping and leasing properties from the Authority.  For more detailed information please click below:
