The Enmarket Arena has been in the works for more than 20 years. The City of Savannah is thrilled to have a state-of-the-art venue to host all-star acts year-round. The 9,500-seat arena will host over 150 events that will include national touring concerts, family shows, theatre, sporting events, and other live entertainment.
The Arena was built to be sustainable and received a LEED 4 certification. Since the groundbreaking on September 13, 2019, the Arena’s construction management team, AECOM Hunt, has worked diligently to deliver a 215,000 square foot arena that will provide ample opportunities to Savannahians for years to come.

What’s going on with parking?
The parking lot at the Arena is currently under construction. The parking lot will provide approximately 2,000 parking spaces for event goers. The southern half of the parking lot will be completed in April; the northern portion of the parking lot will be completed in May. The delay in construction is mostly attributed environmental issues in the soil. The City of Savannah is working diligently to get the parking lot open.
