The City of Savannah Benefits Department designs and delivers retiree benefit programs that support your health and wellness. The retiree medical plan partners with Quantum Health (retiree under age 65) and United Healthcare (retiree age 65+) for member services, provider network, pre-certification, and much more information for retiree health care and wellness needs.
