Home Occupation Agreements must be completed and signed and submitted along with the Business Approval Application for any business operated out of the home that meets the definition of Home Occupation in Zoning Ordinance Section 8-3002 as included on the Home Occupation Zoning Information Sheet.
Copies of the Home Occupation Agreement may be obtained online (click here for a PDF) or from the Development Services office.
Home Occupation Agreements may be submitted:
