Assistant City Manager

The Assistant City Manager’s Office serves as a direct extension of the City Manager’s Office, helping to guide the City of Savannah’s strategic direction, respond to City Council priorities, strengthen partnerships and community relations, and promote a high-performing culture of accountability and public service excellence.  

The Assistant City Manager’s Office provides oversight for the implementation, tracking, and reporting of the Savannah GPS Strategic Plan—a citywide roadmap designed to address community needs, strengthen organizational performance, and position Savannah for a vibrant and sustainable future. The Office also manages preparation and coordination of City Council meetings and workshops, to support transparent and informed decision-making.
