BPR meetings are held remotely via Microsoft Teams. Please contact staff for instructions to be placed on the agenda.

BPR Meetings are held on Thursdays at 10 a.m. via Microsoft Teams. We encourage owners, architects, designers, consultants and contractors to bring building projects to a BPR Meeting at any stage in the pre-design or design process. These are informal meetings with City staff including plan reviewers, trade principals, the historic preservation officer, and the fire marshal.

To request to be placed on a BPR Meeting agenda, please email or call Mike Rose (email, 912-651-6510 Ext. 1964) or Peter Ghilarducci (email, 912-644-7784) at Development Services and provide the following information: 

• Name and Contact Information
• Company Name
• Address of Project
• Detailed Description and Scope of Project
• Specific Questions to be asked (if applicable)
