Mobile Home Fire Suspect Arrested
SAVANNAH, GA (Monday, June 29, 2020) – Joshua Leon Brown was arrested and charged with first degree arson for setting a mobile home on fire Sunday night. At 9:38 p.m., Sunday, June 28, Savannah firefighters were dispatched to a mobile home fire in 10000 Block of Middleground Road. A Savannah Police officer discovered the fire while responding to a domestic dispute at that address. The fire was set on the exterior of the mobile home and extended to the inside. No one was physically injured, but one person was displaced. Following an investigation, Brown was arrested at a motel in the 200 Block of Stephenson Avenue.
