If you live or travel near one of these identified areas - especially the red areas - there may be an increased chance of significant flooding over the next week. This may be especially true if your home or pathway of travel is low compared to the nearby streets, surrounding structures, and/or land features.
Citizens and business owners should take appropriate actions in advance of the storm to protect life and property from potential flood waters. Appropriate actions may include placing sandbags, moving vehicles, or evacuation to a safer area.
