Registration Open for City of Savannah’s 2025 Great Savannah Fall Community Cleanup

SAVANNAH – The City of Savannah’s Sanitation Department and Keep Savannah Beautiful invite residents and organizations to register for the 2025 Great Savannah Community Cleanup scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 11.


Registration is now open for the annual city-wide day of service at savannahga.gov/greatcleanup. Each year, residents, businesses, and local community organizations come together to beautify and improve the city by removing litter and debris from public areas.

Individuals and groups interested in participating are encouraged to register online by Friday, Oct. 3. For those registered, the City will provide litter kits to support debris removal activities. Students participating in the cleanup will be eligible to receive community service hours.

In addition to the Great Savannah Fall Community Cleanup, residents and organizations are encouraged to participate in the Adopt-A-Spot program. This on-going initiative allows participants to adopt a particular street, park, or neighborhood to maintain throughout the year.
