Alderwoman Linda Wilder-Bryan to Host Town Hall on Planned PARC Gym
SAVANNAH – District Three Alderwoman Linda Wilder-Bryan and City of Savannah staff will host a town hall meeting for residents at 6 p.m. Wednesday, June 11, at the Pennsylvania Avenue Resource Center (PARC).
The meeting will provide updates on a planned gymnasium addition to PARC. City Council approved a $425,500 contract with Hussey Gay Bell for design services on Sept. 12, 2024. The new facility will include a gymnasium, locker rooms, an office, storage space, public restrooms and a lobby.
“For over 30 years, the 3rd District has been promised a gym, and here we are —the promises fulfilled,” Alderwoman Wilder Bryan said.
The town hall will give residents an opportunity to learn more about the project, ask questions, and engage with City staff.
