Voluntary Benefits - Short Term Disability & More
Voluntary benefits can build on the benefits already provided by the City of Savannah, giving additional protection to employees and their families. The City's Voluntary Worksite Benefits are coordinated by Creative Worksite Solutions. The premium is paid by payroll deduction. The plans are portable, meaning if an employee changes jobs, retires, or loses eligibility for any reason (other than non-payment of premium) coverage may continue by paying the premiums to the carrier within 31 days after separation and setting up direct billing.
All applications and changes to benefit selections must be made within 30 days of hire date or during Open Enrollment November 1st-15th. To enroll, file a claim, or ask questions about benefits, contact Creative Worksite Solutions.
