Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Data

The Savannah Business Opportunity (SBO) Program is focused on increasing the utilization of local, disadvantaged, minority, and women-owned businesses in the areas of construction, consultant services, and general services of City procurement. To spur equitable economic growth, the City has established LDBE Participation Goals to increase contracting opportunities for Local Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (LDBEs) and Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (MWBEs) who are certified at the local, state, and federal level.
