Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Data

The Savannah Business Opportunity (SBO) program is a new City program aimed at increasing utilization of local, minority, and women-owned businesses in all areas of City procurement. To spur equitable economic growth, the City has established cumulative annual participation goals to increase contracting opportunities for Local Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (LDBEs) and Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (MWBEs) certified at the local, state, and federal level.
