Budgeting BasicsThe City of Savannah welcomes the opportunity to support non-profit agencies with resources to help increase the effectiveness of their programs and better serve the residents of Savannah.

The Grass Roots Organization Workshops (GROW), provided through the City of Savannah’s Neighborhood Leadership Institute, is designed to provide area grassroots organizations with the resources, tools, and professional training needed to enhance their organizational capacity and become more successful in securing diverse funding and delivering programs. 

 This year the City of Savannah will host six GROW sessions for eligible non-profits.  Workshop topics will be based on needs identified through an agency self-assessment and facilitated by trained industry professionals.  Each session will be offered as in-person training, virtually, or via video recordings available here.
