    PLEASE COMPLETE THE INFORMATION BELOW BASED ON THE TYPE OF PERMIT YOU ARE APPLYING FOR. FOR MULTI-DAY COMBO PERMITS, COMPLETE BOTH THE TOUR AND TRANSPORTATION SECTIONS.

  11. PERMIT & OTHER FEES

    • Motor Coach Tour Permit: $20.00/day
    • Motor Coach Transportation Permit: $15.00/day
    • Multi-Day Combo Permit: $30.00/72 hours
    • Festival Permit (purchased prior to festival): $200.00/duration of festival
    • Festival Permit (purchased during festival): $250.00/duration of festival
      -- Allows drop-off’s/pick-up’s and parking in designated areas.
    • Preservation Fee (Effective August 15, 2014*)
      -- $1.00 per adult passenger and per full-fare child;
      -- $0.50 per child 12 years and under, provided that the tour fee is no more than 60% of the adult fare;
      -- Preservation fees are not required for child three years of age and under, provided that no tour fee is charged or for students (high school and under) and their adult supervising companions when taking an organized field trip sponsored by a school or youth-oriented private non-profit organization.

  13. WHERE TO OBTAIN A PERMIT

    Permits must be purchased through the City of Savannah Mobility & Parking Services Department, Transportation Unit. The hours are Monday thru Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. located at:

    Motor coaches entering the Historic District on weekends, holidays or weekdays after 5:00 p.m. can purchase permits at the Bryan Street Parking Garage until 7:00 p.m. at:

    All permits will be issued only when the application is completed and payment is received. The City will not mail permits. No refunds will be given. Bryan St. location accepts cash, check, or money order for payment and closes at 7:00 p.m. Motor coaches arriving after 7:00 p.m. should obtain a permit the following day.

  15. PRESERVATION FEES WILL BE COLLECTED AS PART OF THE MOTOR COACH TOUR PERMIT APPLICATION PROCESS. PERMITS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER THE PERMIT AND PRESERVATION FEES ARE PAID.
