This is the 21st century and online payment for water bill is still not offered for the city of savannah. I think COS would see a huge improvement on timely payments if this service was offered. I know I would have my payment in earlier with this service. This is my only bill that I still have to write a check for or literally go pay in cash. It's archaic! I know I'm not the first person to ask about this. I'm one of many that would really appreciate this service being offered.

Citation # 13K04666 was given unnecesarily to a visitor (my wife) that paid $1.00 at the parking meter 17 on 07/18/2013. I paid $27 online with a credit card, but, if the city would like to make it right, I will be happy to email you a picture of the citation and the meter stub to prove my case. Obviously, Officer Gongora made a mistake.

Understanding the Dangers and Liability of Children unattended and going into the Fountain, there other alternatives then removing a Major Attraction to Forsyth Park.
In Chattanooga, Tn The Coolidge Park has Fountains that Children can play safely in as does the front area to the Aquarium on Riverfront Pkwy. Providing another means for the children with stiff Fines for Parent/Guardian who violate the no access to the present Fountain at Forsyth will be a "win-win" for all. Pleas do not remove the Fountain as many folks I know enjoy the Beauty it brings.

Savannah has alot of promising succesful black role models. that know the stuggle of coming from poverty. If we as people do not dehumanize ourselves from people we can better see how we can make a difference. I would like to say I give myself to any cause that is fully for bringing change. Going out to the youth and reaching out. I would like to get up close and personal with these issues. thru school seminars afterschool programs. building a bridge from the people to the community centers. to be utilized in more ways than one but most importantly classes and groups designed in building up the youth. anything ranging from etiquette classes. Creating leadership classes. Obviously these programs do exist in the city of savannah however the people makes no use we have to go to the communities and reach these teens the people they matter and are worth saving.

Install a series of live webcams so people can see if an area activity is empty and available for use before driving all the way down there.
It's time to upgrade to the 20th century at least.
