SMALL BUSINESS SPOTLIGHT
Every month we shine a light on a small business that makes our Savannah community thrive.
March Spotlight: Starlandia Art Supply
Starlandia Art Supply started in 2015 with the simple mission to help artists save money by collecting and selling previously-owned and used art supplies. After over a decade in business, the store has created a unique reclamation system and sustainable option for creatives in Savannah.
By reclaiming art supplies, Starlandia limits and avoids the manufacturing and shipping of new art supplies being created. The cost of the reclaimed art supplies is also lower than a traditional art supply store. This lowers the cost of making art and makes it accessible for all.
Starlandia's art supply inventory includes paint, yarn, markers, pencils, sketch pads, spray paints... to name a few. The store also stocks new art supplies from brands such as Art Alternatives, Grumbacher, Holbein, Illford, Micron, Strathmore, among many others.
If you would like to donate any of your barely used items, bring them by the store! Supplies can be donated or traded in for store credit.
Starlandia Art Supply is located at 2438 Bull Street and is open from 10AM-6PM on Mondays-Saturday and 12PM-6PM on Sunday.
