Since 2011, the first Thursday of September has been dedicated to produce a shopping event in hopes of boosting the local economy. This year’s event will once again see an evening of a pedestrian friendly Broughton Street where shoppers, retailers, entertainers and artists will come together for an evening of fun. Two stages will be set up on each side of Broughton Street to showcase fashion shows by local retailers and designers and performances from regional and local musicians.
