Savannah continues annual tradition donating food to those in need

 

SAVANNAH (Dec. 19) – The City of Savannah will donate canned food collected by city staff to America's Second Harvest of Coastal Georgia on Wednesday, Dec. 21.

 

Mayor Van Johnson, City Manager Jay Melder, and Mary Jane Crouch, executive director of Second Harvest, will hold a news conference to announce the results of the food drive on Wednesday, Dec. 21, at 10 a.m. at Second Harvest, 2501 E. President St.
