City Hosts First Food Truck Rodeo
SAVANNAH, GA (July 12, 2018) —
The City of Savannah will host the inaugural City Food Truck Rodeo on July 14 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. in Ellis Square.
The City is anticipating 20 food trucks to participate in the event. The food trucks will be contained around Ellis Square and will only block off Barnard Street (East and West of Ellis Square). Bryan and Congress Streets will remain open throughout the event.
The Rodeo will coincide with the Girl Scouts of America’s annual “Quest Fest.” This event is expected to bring 4,000 to 5,000 Girl Scouts downtown for a scavenger hunt and other activities. The Girl Scouts will convene at Ellis Square for lunch.
