Mission Statement
The Community Housing Services Agency’s (CHSA) mission is to provide an opportunity for property owners to upgrade existing structures providing quality, affordable housing.
Department Services
The CHSA Inc. is a partnership between the city, local banks, and community leaders. CHSA’s primary function is to help fund the creation and retention of affordable rental housing. Projects range from single-family houses to multi-family apartments.
