Opened in Spring 2019, the Savannah Cultural Arts Center gallery exists for the promotion and education of the visual arts, through the display of contemporary art, design, and fine crafts by local artists. The gallery is managed by the City of Savannah's Department of Cultural Resources. The gallery's mission is to serve and respond to the Savannah community with exhibitions that strengthen awareness and stimulate dialogue through artistic expression.
Proposals are accepted from individuals and groups for non-degree seeking exhibitions. The Savannah Cultural Art Center Gallery presents lectures, gallery tours, workshops and other educational programs related to our exhibits whenever possible. Access to the gallery is free and open to the public during regular business hours.
