eTRAC is now accepting eCheck payments online!
eTRAC Users can now pay permitting and inspection fees conveniently and safely online using either a Checking Account or Credit Card.
This added eCheck payment option allows eTRAC users to pay fees online using either a Checking or Savings Acct. To use either account, you will need your checking or savings routing number and account number including all zeros. There is a $2.00 transaction fee to pay by eCHECK that is paid by the user. An eTRAC account is required for all online payments, however no minimum payment is required. Credit Card payments are still available on eTRAC. There is no transaction fee to pay by credit card.
The City of Savannah’s permit tracking website, eTRAC: electronic Tracking, Review and Approval Center, is a one stop location to track all development permitting activities within the City, and can be accessed at eTRAC.savannahga.gov. The eTRAC website allows users with Internet access to conduct searches for permits or plan reviews by either address, permit type, permit number, issue date, or other search fields, and view the status of these permits. Click here to access the eTRAC Quick Reference Guide "Information Available to the Public on Building Permits and Site Plans without Logging into eTRAC", which will show users who are not registered with the site how to search for permits and access information though this website.
