The site is approximately 212.5 feet by 242.15 feet in size and contains approximately 51,457 square feet, equating to approximately 1.18 acres, subject to survey. It is currently zoned RIP-C within a neighborhood commercial future land use district.
Hotel development of the property will not be permitted.
Conveyance of the property will include a deed restriction prohibiting development with a hotel or motel use.
