Parks and Recreation Services meets essential daily needs through  its programs, facilities and services for all citizens.                                   

Mission
To improve and promote the quality of life for all citizens by maintaining facilities and parks while providing convenient, affordable and accessible recreational and leisure opportunities in a safe environment.
 

 

               

Cloverdale Community CenterCloverdale Community Center is a new center that has 5,400 sq. ft. of space.  The amenities for this community center includes a 120 seat multi-purpose room, computer lab, fitness room, ADA accessible restrooms, a full size kitchen, and parking.  In addition to the amenities, the community center will also provide programs for all ages. These programs include a Golden Age Program for senior citizens; Monday thru Friday, with daily lunch meals, health and fitness programs, arts and crafts, special events and fieldtrips.  After-school activities for youth includes; homework assistance, cultural enrichment, computer lab, summer camp, youth sports, and special events.  This community center will also be permitted with fee for private functions to include meetings and family events.  These events will be available after 7:00pm, Monday thru Friday, including weekends. 
 Fees:
 Golden Age Program   *$5 per year * City Resident**         *            $7 Non-Resident

Summer Camp*            *$45 * City Resident***                                    $50 Non-Resident           

Permit*                       **$55 * Per Hour/City Resident*                        $61 Non-Resident

Permit Clean-up Fee    *$30 Per Event

Permitting of Cloverdale Community Center can be utilized for community organization meetings and scheduled events.

Golden Age Program       Monday thru Friday         9:30am-1:30pm

Homework Assistance     Monday thru Thursday   3:30pm-5:30pm

Computer Lab                   Monday thru Friday         9:30am-1:30pm    3:00pm-7:00pm

Cultural Enrichment         Wednesday & Friday       5:30pm-6:30pm

Summer Hours                  Monday thru Friday - 8:00am thru 6:00p
Summer Camp Hours     Monday thru Friday - 8:00am thru 3:45pm          

Additionally, the multi-purpose room will be available for private functions to include; birthdays, wedding receptions, and family reunions on a permit fee basis only.
