STVR Application Process

Applying to become a Certified Short-Term Vacation Rental
STVR property owners must complete an application and receive a certificate verifying they have met all zoning and ordinance requirements associated with the use.  A STVR certificate must be obtained prior to operating.  

Applications along with the check or money order for the permit fee can be mailed to the Tourism Management & Ambassadorship Department (TMAD) at PO Box 1027, Savannah, GA 31402 or dropped off at the TMAD located in the Sub-Basement of City Hall.  Once an STVR application has been approved, a Business Tax Certificate must be obtained.
