The Zoning Division is responsible for the administration, interpretation, and enforcement of the City of Savannah Zoning and Noise Control Ordinances.  Additionally, Zoning staff provides technical assistance to the public and various administrative Boards.

Metropolitan Planning Commission - For information related to Zoning Board of Appeals' petitions, Zoning Map and Text Amendments, Wireless Telecommunication Towers, Certificates of Appropriateness, Site Plans, and Subdivisions.



Online Submittals

Online submitals through the e-Trac permitting system will require a brief registration process. This registration will improve the response time of the review process.

Submit a Zoning Information Request

Submit a Zoning Verification Letter Request - A $50 fee is required. A check or money order can be submitted to the Zoning Division located at 5515 Abercorn St. Savannah, GA 31405. Please print the word "Zoning" on the check.
