The Zoning Division is responsible for the administration, interpretation, and enforcement of the City of Savannah Zoning and Noise Control Ordinances.  Additionally, Zoning staff provides technical assistance to the public and various administrative Boards.

Online Submittals through eTRAC

Submit a Zoning Information Request

Submit a Zoning Verification Letter Request - A $50 fee is required. A check or money order can be submitted to the Zoning Division located at 5515 Abercorn St. Savannah, GA 31405. Please print the word "Zoning" on the check.
