The Mobility & Parking Services Department operates the City's five multi-story parking garages and seven surface parking lots; manages on-street spaces and enforces parking regulations; maintains the meters; enforces payment of parking citations; and provides other parking-related services and benefits. This department also regulates taxicab businesses, sight-seeing tour services, horse-drawn carriages, bus services, wrecker services and manages the Riverfront Docks.
The main Parking Services office is located in the Bryan Street Parking Garage on Reynolds Square, Bryan Street at Abercorn Street. Hours of operation are 8AM to 5PM Monday Through Friday.
