The price of lots, burial fees, charge for placing lots sold without perpetual care in perpetual care, charge for annual care of lots not in perpetual care, charge for water supplied to lot owners, and charges to monument dealers for stonework foundation inspection shall be fixed from time to time by the mayor and aldermen.
