| No beer, wine, liquor, or other alcoholic products should be allowed at or during any part of any tour or special event which includes a municipal cemetery, even at or during portions outside of the cemeteries. Coordinators or organizers of activities and events must actively prohibit intoxicated or otherwise disorderly persons from their tours or events. |
