Enforcement of Rules
The Director of Cemeteries or his authorized representative shall enforce all rules and regulations and exclude from the property any person violating the same. The Director of Cemeteries or his authorized representative shall have charge of the grounds and buildings, and at all times, shall have supervision and control of all persons in the cemeteries, including the conduct of funerals, traffic, employees, owners, families of the deceased and visitors. |
