Service Requests and Complaints
Complaints or requests for service may be reported by telephone to the Department of Cemeteries office at 651-6843, the City of Savannah Customer Service Center at 311 or 651-6565, or in person to any cemetery office during business hours. After-hour emergencies should be reported to the on call cemetery manager at 658-4132, the City of Savannah Water Supply and Treatment Center at 351-3434 or the Savannah Police Department at 911. |
