Real Estate Services manages real property for the City of Savannah; including, but not limited to:
Transactions: acquisition of real property to meet the strategic needs and programs of the City; sale of City-owned real property declared surplus and made available for sale to the public;leases involving City property and/or departments; and petitions regarding real property encroachments, easements, use, declaration of surplus and sale, and more;
