Deadline: Applications for 2019 will be available soon.
The Department of Cultural Affairs seeks Savannah artists and instructors to lead creative programs during the 2018 class sessions: beginning, advanced, adult and youth classes and workshops in the mediums of jewelry, ceramics, printmaking, drawing, painting, metals, fused glass, stained glass, beading, performance arts (singing, dancing, acting, improv, music), fibers, and other fine crafts will be considered.
Day and evening class proposals can range from one or two-day workshops or a series of once a week instruction for 6 weeks. Interested individuals should submit an application and a proposal to include: a resume, description of proposed class(es) or workshop(s), and up to five portfolio images (in digital format). Previous experience in art instruction is required. This is a per activity contractual service; not a City of Savannah employment position.
Please submit enquiries to Arts Program Coordinator, Sarah Pinson (firstname.lastname@example.org).
