Zoning: Temporary Use
Vendors are persons or entities that are operating food or items concession from private property. These locations must be zoned for such activities during the festival period and the locations must be within the designated festival areas. Any vendor operating on private property must have an approved permit through the Zoning Department as well as a valid business tax certificate for the festival dates. Vendors must also have a valid I.D. Vendors booths, stands or tables must be two feet inside the property line. No vendors will be permitted to operate from a vehicle.
